We are a non-profit organisation supporting inspiring public leaders to foster societal change, in the countries where the need for better governance is most acute. Our organisation was built on the observation that much of the traditional ‘technical assistance’ to public institutions in low- and middle- income countries is ineffective, and can make the situation even worse.
We want to re-imagine governance assistance. We wanted to start an organisation that was really good at supporting domestic public leaders to make change happen in difficult contexts. An organisation that was not bound by old ways of working and thinking.
We support public leaders to address concrete problems through:
Research on how other countries have solved similar problems.
Change management, communication, leadership and digitalisation support.
Access to subject matter experts.
